Avospy is operated by Nuvio s.r.o., company ID (IČO) 03314782, VAT ID CZ03314782, registered at Mrštíkova 399/2a, 460 07 Liberec, Czech Republic (the "Provider"). Contact: support@avospy.com.
2. What data we process and why
- Account details (e-mail, and the websites and domains you add for monitoring) to provide the service under our contract with you.
- Usage and technical data (IP address, browser, logs) from our legitimate interest in operating, securing and improving the service.
- Payment data is processed by our payment provider Stripe when you subscribe. We do not store your card details.
- Communications when you contact us, to handle your request.
3. Processors
We are assisted by the following processors:
- Cloudflare, Inc. – network infrastructure and delivery,
- Stripe Payments Europe – payment processing,
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc.) – transactional e-mails,
- an EU-based server infrastructure provider.
Any transfer outside the EU is covered by the GDPR Standard Contractual Clauses.
4. Retention
We keep personal data for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal obligations (in particular accounting and tax), after which we delete it.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Contact us at support@avospy.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (uoou.gov.cz) or your local supervisory authority.
6. Cookies
The public website uses only technical cookies necessary for its operation and for keeping you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
